Our design class had to script some so called "interaction studies" in the summer semester 2006. The tool to use was Macromedia Flash. Instead of only doing one, I presented four interactive applications at the end of the semester.
"Clouds" was my first study and already demonstrated the advocated principles Attract, Reject, and Fuse. The music was done by my brother Ludwig.
My second interaction study is an interactive chorus, i therefore called it "Ooohhh".
A demonstration of contrast was "Actio Est Actio". Hectical music is playing while bars are rotating according their intersections. Press a button and the music becomes nice and slow, and little circles are falling from the sky, rolling down the bars. The music is from "Beyond Good And Evil". You can get the soundtrack in its full glory here.
With "Espagnol" I created a computergame-like study. Every circle you collect changes the color of the landscape, and when colliding with the boxes, abstract trees emerge. Furthermore you can change the shape of the landscape with the mouse. The music also is from the videogame mentioned above.
